A Delaware Basin Franchise in the Making

Hoover Energy Partners LP is an emerging independent midstream energy company providing consistent, safe and environmentally sound midstream services to the producing community from the wellhead to downstream markets.

Organized in May of 2008, Hoover's focus has been the construction, acquisition and optimization of midstream pipeline and plant assets located in the Permian Basin.

Since its organization, Hoover has successfully grown to be the provider of a wide range of midstream services including the gathering of crude oil, lean gas, rich gas and water. Hoover's existing operations are comprised of over 39 miles of crude oil pipeline, 170 miles of rich gas pipeline, 500 miles of lean gas pipeline and 80 miles of water disposal pipeline. Additionally, Hoover owns 2 natural gas treating plants with capacity to treat 200 MMcfd and over 36,000 HP of compression. All of these assets are 100% owned by Hoover and are located in adjoining Ward, Reeves and Pecos Counties, Texas.

Our most recent accomplishments include the completion and operation of the 12" Pecos Crossing crude oil pipeline along with lateral extensions that have been completed or are under construction. Totaling 39 miles and growing, Pecos Crossing is the only operational crude oil pipeline south of the Pecos River in the Delaware Basin. Additionally, we have commenced construction of our Balmorhea Station compression facility and associated 15 mile, high pressure Bulrush pipeline. These facilities will be operational in the first quarter of 2013.

The Permian Basin has experienced a rebirth and is poised to once again become one of the premier oil and gas producing basins in North America. Driven by multi-zone crude oil rich opportunities, the Avalon Shale, Bone Spring and Wolfcamp intervals are being explored with both vertical and horizontal completions. Rig count in Ward and Reeves Counties continues to rise and the activity continues to move south and east into Pecos County.

Our Executive Management Team sets the standard in midstream professionalism and expertise. With over 100 years of midstream expertise Hoover's team of veteran executives are qualified in every discipline including Accounting, Scheduling, Finance, Commercial Development, Construction and Operation.

Experience coupled with ample capital, through our partnership with Energy Spectrum Capital, results in answers and action that reward all parties. Whether an existing customer enjoying the benefits of excellent runtimes and consistent wellhead pressure or a prospective customer in need of an alternative gatherer, new infrastructure or specific producer services, please call Hoover Energy Partners LP and tell us how we can serve you.
